Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated March 17, 2023, and a judgment of the same court dated April 3, 2023. Motion by the appellant to enlarge the record to include certain material and to extend the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the record to include certain material is denied; and it is further,
