| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from a decision of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 26, 2024. Motion by the appellant, in effect, for an extension of time to comply with stated portions of the decision, for leave to appeal to this Court from the decision, to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, for an extension of time to comply with stated portions of the decision is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeal purportedly taken as of right is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see Schicchi v J.A. Green Constr. Co., 100 AD2d 509); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
