Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 18, 2023, and June 22, 2023, respectively. Motion by the respondent for leave to prosecute the appeals as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel.

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
