Defendant-respondent-appellant having moved for an extension of time to file and serve its brief and to adjourn oral argument in the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court, Monroe County, entered August 19, 2022,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file a brief is granted and defendant-respondent-appellant shall file and serve its brief on or before May 29, 2024, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as is seeks to adjourn oral argument is granted, and the appeal is removed from this Court's day calendar for May 23, 2024, and is added to the calendar for the term of Court commencing October 15, 2024.
