Appeal and cross-appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated December 15, 2022. Motion by the appellant-respondent to dismiss the cross-appeal on the ground that the respondents-appellants failed to pay their one-half share of the cost of the joint record.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic, as the respondents-appellants have paid their one-half share of the cost of the joint record.
