Appeal from an amended order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated February 27, 2023, and a judgment of the same court dated March 28, 2023. Motion by the respondents to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
