DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered December 7, 2016. Motion by assigned counsel to be relieved of the assignment to prosecute the appeal and for the assignment of new counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to renew upon proper papers, by order to show cause, which may, if counsel be so advised, include a request for leave to file an accompanying supporting affirmation under seal for in camera review by this Court.
