Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated December 8, 2023. Motion by the appellant, in effect, to enjoin the respondents from operating any electric golf cart on paved walkways that are owned and maintained by the appellant, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
