Appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered December 13, 2023, and an order of the same court dated December 12, 2023. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to compel the Supreme Court, Kings County, to hold a certain hearing within 14 days, in effect, to stay his child support obligation, and for leave to prosecute the appeals as a poor person.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
