ORDER ON CERTIFICATION Assignment of Counsel

Appeal by Jerrod Lang from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated November 22, 2021. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 20, 2024, the appellant's appendix and the appellant's brief were stricken, and on or before June 20, 2024, the appellant was directed to serve and file a replacement appellant's appendix and replacement appellant's brief.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the brief filed by the former attorney for the children is stricken and pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Adam Paltrowitz, dated April 24, 2024, the following named attorney is assigned as the attorney for the children on the appeal:

and it is further,
