Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Putnam County, dated April 5, 2024. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of the order and continue the remand of the subject children to care and custody of the appellant, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

ORDERED that the motion is granted, enforcement of the order is stayed, and the remand of the subject children to the care and custody of the appellant is continued, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
