Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, both dated August 9, 2019, which were withdrawn by decision and order on application dated February 1, 2023. Motion by the appellant, in effect, to recall and vacate so much of the decision and order on application dated February 1, 2023, as deemed the appeals withdrawn and to reinstate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, so much of the decision and order on application dated February 1, 2023, as deemed the appeals withdrawn is recalled and vacated, and the appeals are reinstated.
