Appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated December 21, 2022. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, for summary reversal of the order and judgment and for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person. Application by the appellant to extend the time to perfect the appeal.
