Appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Richmond County, entered November 16, 2023.

On January 23, 2024, the parties entered into a Stipulation of Discontinuance, which vacated the underlying judgment and warrant and discontinued the petition. Thus, the appeal has been rendered moot.
