Motion by appellant for leave to reargue an appeal from two final judgments of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered June 10, 2019, which was determined by a decision and order of this court dated January 12, 2024, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from this court's decision and order.
