ORDERED that the scheduling order of this Court entered May 29, 2024, in the above-entitled action, on an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 16, 2023, is amended by deleting from the footer thereof the date "May 31, 2024" and substituting therefor the date "May 29, 2024."
