Appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Kings County, dated May 9, 2024. Motion by the appellant, in effect, to stay enforcement of so much of the order as directs the burial of the decedent Vincent Carmona, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
