Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated October 13, 2022. Motion by the defendant Freedom Mortgage Corporation for leave to serve and file an appellant's brief. Motion by the respondents to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
