DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered March 23, 2021. By order to show cause dated August 28, 2023, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal in the above-entitled matter for failure to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 9, 2023. Application by the appellants to extend the time to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 9, 2023.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application to extend the time to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 9, 2023, is granted, and on or before July 5, 2024, the appellants shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment entered March 23, 2021, via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the supplemental record and upload a digital copy of the supplemental record, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is denied.
