Appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 3, 2023. Motion by the appellant, in effect, to stay enforcement of the order and judgment, to stay the eviction of the appellant from the subject premises, and to stay all proceedings pending in the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, under index number LT-312155-2022/KI, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is dismissed for failure to provide proof of service in accordance with the terms of the order to show cause.
