Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 2, 2023. Motion by the respondent Versatile Mechanical Services Corporation to extend the time to serve and file its brief. Motion by the respondent MEC General Services Corp. to extend the time to serve and file its brief. Motion by the respondents Hudson Meridian Construction Group LLC, Danya Cebus Construction, LLC and DCHM to extend the time to serve and file their brief.
