Motion by Valeria Sowell for leave to appeal to this Court from a decision and order on motion of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated November 8, 2023, which denied her motion, inter alia, for leave to reargue a prior decision and order of the same court dated May 26, 2023, which determined an appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered June 21, 2022.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
