Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated June 2, 2022, and December 18, 2023, respectively. Motion by the appellant to amend the notice of appeal from the June 2, 2022, order to reflect that the appeal is from a judgment of the same court dated June 14, 2022.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the notice of appeal from the June 2, 2022, order is deemed amended to reflect that the appeal is from a judgment of the same court dated June 14, 2022 (see CPLR 2001; Matter of Tagliaferri, 1 NY3d 605).
