In the Matter of Stanton E. Weaver Jr.,

Appellant,

v

Mary E. Weaver,

Respondent.

(App Div. No. 532136)

Motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from (1) so much of the October 2021 Appellate Division order as affirmed so much of the Supreme Court orders in the matrimonial action as awarded arrears and attorneys' fees related thereto, and (2) so much of the additional October 2021 Appellate Division order as resolved the Family Court Act article 4 request for modification and for an award of overpayments, denied; motion for leave to appeal from the December 2022 Appellate Division orders and the remaining portions of the October 2021 orders dismissed upon the ground that they do not finally determine an action or proceeding within the meaning of the Constitution.

Motion for ancillary relief dismissed upon the ground that the Court lacks jurisdiction to entertain it (see NY Const, art VI, § 3).
