Motion by appellant to continue a stay of execution of the incarcerative portion of the sentence, which was granted by the Supreme Court, Westchester County on October 13, 2023, on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Town of Greenburgh Justice Court, Westchester County, rendered March 29, 2023.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the stay is extended pending the determination of the appeal.
