DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated August 18, 2023, and January 24, 2024, respectively. By order to show cause dated April 10, 2024, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal from the order dated August 18, 2023, in the above-entitled proceedings on the ground that the order was superseded by the order dated January 24, 2024.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals are consolidated; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal from the order dated August 18, 2023, is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeals for determination upon the argument or submission thereof.
