Motions by appellants Congregation Lubavitch, Inc. ("CLI"), Zalman Lipskier, Avrohom Holtzberg and Sholom Ber Kievman for leave to reargue appeals from three final judgments of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, each entered January 6, 2022, which were determined in a decision and order of this court dated January 19, 2024, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from this court's decision and order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the motions are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,
