Appeal by Ogorchukwuka Richard Nwabunor from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated May 15, 2024. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Regina Stanton, dated May 31, 2024, it is
