Motion by appellant for leave to reargue, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division, Second Department, on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the City Court of Middletown, Orange County, rendered July 21, 2022, which was determined in a decision and order of this court dated February 8, 2024.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.

It must be noted that with respect to criminal appeals, leave to appeal must be sought at the Court of Appeals, not the Appellate Division.
