2024-03338 In the Matter of Roshad White, petitioner-appellant, v Jerry Watson, respondent, Cheryl L. Hayes, respondent-respondent. (Docket No. V-18630-2023)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated March 28, 2024. By order to show cause dated May 8, 2024, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, part 3 (see Family Ct Act § 1112).
Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
BRATHWAITE NELSON, J.P., CHAMBERS, VOUTSINAS and LOVE, JJ., concur.
