| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 18, 2024. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to deem the notice of appeal to reflect that the appellant is appealing to the Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department, and to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to deem the notice of appeal to reflect that the appellant is appealing to the Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department is granted, and the notice of appeal is deemed to reflect that the appellant is appealing to the Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department (see CPLR 2001; Matter of Tagliaferri, 1 NY3d 605); and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the order is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
