Motion by appellants for a stay of the trial pending the determination of an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, dated August 28, 2023. Separate motion by appellants, brought by order to show cause, for the same relief.

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the motions are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,
