In the Matter of Janelle A. Blount, respondent,

v Uko I. Chaulk, appellant.

(Docket No. F-29037-2015)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Uko I. Chaulk from four orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated October 17, 2023, December 6, 2023, and December 13, 2023 (two orders), respectively. Pursuant to a scheduling order of this Court dated April 24, 2024, the appellant was required to perfect the appeals by May 22, 2024. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeals.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs of disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]) and prior order of the Court.

DILLON, J.P., BARROS, IANNACCI and FORD, JJ., concur.
