Defendant-respondent Father Joseph Thien Nguyen having moved for leave to file an additional citation in support of his pending motion to renew in the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court, Erie County, entered October 20, 2021,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on the condition that the additional citation in support of defendant-respondent's motion to renew is filed on or before July 5, 2024, and
It is further ORDERED that the plaintiff-appellant Hoi Trinh's time to file opposition to the motion for leave to renew be extended to July 12, 2024, and
It is further ORDERED that the return date of the motion for leave to renew is adjourned from June 17, 2024, to July 15, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.
