Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County, rendered May 10, 2023. Motion by the appellant pro se to extend the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to extend the time to perfect the appeal is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is extended, and the appellant shall prosecute the appeal expeditiously in accordance with the Court's rules (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[a][5]) and written directions.
