Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, rendered June 26, 2012.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time," dated June 24, 2024, is amended by deleting from the "Extended Deadline" entry concerning the respondent's time to serve and file a brief in the above- entitled matter the date "July 22, 2024," and substituting therefor the date "July 26, 2024."
