DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Rockland County, rendered September 1, 2022. Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant's pro se supplemental brief

submitted with the motion to the Clerk of the Court is accepted for filing and deemed timely served; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, on or before August 14, 2024, the respondent shall serve and file a brief in response to the pro se supplemental brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the brief and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
