Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated October 17, 2023. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from the order or, in the alternative, for an order directing the Clerk of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, to execute a final judgment of dismissal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are for leave to appeal or, in the alternative for an order directing the Clerk of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, to execute a final judgment of dismissal are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED on the Court's own motion, the appeal purportedly taken as of right is dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
