Appellant having moved to consolidate the appeals taken herein from a judgment of the Onondaga County Court, rendered April 16, 2015, and from an order of the Onondaga County Court, entered March 30, 2023, and for an exemption from e-filing on the latter appeal,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeals are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals, and
