ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time," dated July 15, 2024, is amended by deleting from the "Extended Deadline" entry concerning the appellant's time to serve and file a brief in the above- entitled matter the date "August 12, 2024," and substituting therefor the date "October 7, 2024."
