Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated October 23, 2023, and October 26, 2023, respectively. Motion by the appellants, inter alia, to stay all proceedings in a proceeding entitled US Bank NA v Cohen, pending in the Town of Ramapo Justice Court, Rockland County, under Index No. 21060477, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
