By letter dated May 31, 2024, assigned counsel notified the Court that she has been unable to communicate with the appellant Letitia M. E. By order to show cause dated June 7, 2024, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered relieving assigned counsel for the appellant Letitia M.E. and dismissing the appeal by Letitia M.E. in the above-entitled proceeding.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
