Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated February 2, 2024. Motion by Marino & Marino, P.C., for leave to withdraw as counsel for the appellants and to extend the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to withdraw as counsel is denied without prejudice to renew upon proper papers, including an affirmation setting forth the basis for withdrawal (see Rules of Professional Conduct [22 NYCRR part 1200] rule 1.16); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
