Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this Court by an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 7, 2019. The proceeding was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by the petitioner Shaquanna Brown, inter alia, in effect, for reimbursement of certain expenses.
