Appeal by Emmanuel Alexander Mendoza from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated July 27, 2023. Renewed motion by the respondent pro se for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
