Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the respondent, Robert A. Neary, a Justice of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated November 29, 2023, which revoked the petitioner's pistol license. Motion by the respondent, in effect, to mark the respondent's memorandum of law and exhibits A, B, and D to the answer confidential.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to is granted, the respondent's memorandum of law and exhibits A, B, and D to the answer shall be marked confidential and may not be viewed by the public, but may be viewed by the parties to the proceeding, counsel appearing on their behalf, or representatives of counsel, authorized in writing to view the confidential material.
