| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered September 8, 2021. Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to serve and file an appendix, to waive certification of the appendix pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g), and to extend the time to serve and file a supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to serve and file a supplemental brief is granted, and the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before September 3, 2024; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file an original copy of the supplemental brief, by mail, and serve one copy on the District Attorney; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are for leave to serve and file an appendix, and to waive certification of the appendix pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g), are granted to the extent the appellant may file the transcripts of the proceedings which occurred on August 22, 2012, March 24, 2020, August 2, 2020, October 21, 2020, February 8, 2021, February 26, 2021, and April 1, 2021, as exhibits to his supplemental brief, and the motion is otherwise denied.
