On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 25, 2024, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered January 30, 2024, is amended by deleting from the first sentence thereof the words "upon a plea of guilty" and substituting therefor the words "following a trial."
