| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated June 28, 2024. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, enforcement of the order is stayed, and residential custody of the subject child shall remain with the appellant in New York, pending hearing and determination of the appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the matter is referred to the Family Court, Nassau County, to set an appropriate temporary access schedule between the respondent and the subject child, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, in light of the stay granted by this Court, which may be upon agreement or stipulation by the parties.
