| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated May 3, 2024. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, to stay the respondent and the subject child's dentist from directing or performing any dental or medical treatment on the subject child, including surgery, and to permit the appellant to coordinate any and all medical treatment for the subject child, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and for summary reversal of the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
